Corn Casserole Recipe
Corn Casserole is a wonderful dish that I make for my family during the weekends. This is a tasty and filling dish that almost everyone will fall in love with. Try this excellent Corn Casserole recipe!
Ingredients
2 cups canned corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon butter
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon anise seed
1 teaspoon flour'
1/4 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Directions
Combine corn and eggs; set aside Heat butter in small skillet.
Add chili powder, anise seed, and flour.
Cook 1 minute.
Combine with corn mixture.
Pour half of mixture into well-greased 1 quart cas serole.
Cover with slices of cheese.
Cover with remaining corn mixture.
Bake in 350°F toaster oven 40 minutes.
