Corn And Oyster Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oysters and liquid-1 small can | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Cream- style corn-1 (No. 2) can | ||
| Buttered cracker crumbs-1 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, beat eggs until thick and add cream, oysters, butter, corn and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Beat well.
2)Take a buttered 1-quart baking dish and put the mixture in it.
3)Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs on top.
4)Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
SERVING
5)Serve the corn oyster casserole hot.
