Ingredients

 
2 (16 ounce) cans French style green beans, drained
 
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
 
1 (16 ounce) can Shoe Peg corn
 
1/2 cup chopped celery
 
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
 
1/2 cup chopped onions
 
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
 
1/2 cup sour cream
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
1/2 cup crumbled butter crackers
 
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine, melted
 
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Combine the green beans, soup, Shoe Peg corn, celery, green pepper, onions, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Spoon into a 10 inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle a mixture of the butter crackers, margarine and almonds over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
