Corn And Cottage Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), creamed | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All-purpose flour-3 tablespoons | ||
| Whole kernel corn-1 (16-ounces) can, drained | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Paprika-to taste | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, beat eggs slightly and then add cottage cheese and beat again.
2)In a bowl, make a paste of 1/4 cup milk and flour.
3)In another bowl, mix together flour mixture, remaining milk, corn, salt, pepper and sugar to egg mixture.
4)Take a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish and put mixture in it.
5)Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and mix well.
6)Sprinkle cheese and replace in oven.
7)Bake for 10 minutes.
SERVING
8)Sprinkle some paprika before serving.
