Corn With Chive Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Corn on the cob | 2 Small | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| 1 tablespoon each chopped fresh chives or chopped chives and sour cream | ||
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In 1-quart shallow microwavable casserole arrange corn; add 1/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on High (100%) for 5 minutes, rotating casserole 1/22 turn halfway through cooking, until corn is tender.
2. In small mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
3. Remove corn from casserole, discarding cooking liquid. Serve each ear of corn with half of the chive mixture.
