Ingredients
| Chicken breast | 1 , chopped | |
| Onion | 1/2 , chopped | |

| 1 small packet frozen green peas | ||
| 1 can whole baby corns or frozen corn kernels | ||
| Cornstarch | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
FINALIZING
1. In a large cast iron skillet or a wok, heat the oil over high flame.
2. When oil is hot, put all together the chicken, onion, ginger and red pepper.
3. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add peas and corn and stir fry for another 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and stir till thickened.
SERVING
6. Dish out onto a serving platter.
7. Scatter the coriander
8. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
