Ingredients

 Chicken breast1 , chopped
 Onion1/2 , chopped
 Ginger slice3 , chopped
 Pepper red1 To taste, chopped
 2 Tbsps chopped cilantro or parsley
 1 small packet frozen green peas
 1 can whole baby corns or frozen corn kernels
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon

Directions

FINALIZING
1. In a large cast iron skillet or a wok, heat the oil over high flame.
2. When oil is hot, put all together the chicken, onion, ginger and red pepper.
3. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add peas and corn and stir fry for another 4 to 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and stir till thickened.

SERVING
6. Dish out onto a serving platter.
7. Scatter the coriander
8. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
