Corn Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 2 tbs butter or dripping | ||
| Bean | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Cream | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped corned beef, crumbled crisp bacon or chip beef | ||
| Salt, pepper | ||
Directions
Saute onion in hot butter 2 minutes or until tender.
Add bean soup plus 1 to 1 1/2 cups hot water or milk.
Stir until blended.
Empty corn and meat into the mixture and reheat thoroughly.
Taste for seasoning.
