Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 
Dressing
 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
 
2 tbsp milk
 
2 tbsp vinegar
 
2 tbsp sugar
 
Salt and pepper
 
14 oz canned whole kernel corn, drained
 
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
 
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, diced
 
1/2 cup celery, minced into diagonal slices
 
1 carrot, grated
 
3 green onions, chopped

Directions

In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
Set aside.
In a salad bowl, mix vegetables.
Pour dressing over salad.
Toss.
