Savory Corn Pudding Recipe
Knockout anyone and everyone with this kick ass Corn Pudding recipe. Trust me, once you taste this Corn Pudding you are bound to prepare it again!
Ingredients
2 cans (8 3/4 ounces each) corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup Pet Evaporated Milk
2 Tbs. margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Directions
Mix well all ingredients.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, until firm.
