Slow Cooked Corn Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10-oz. cans whole kernel corn with juice | ||
| 2 1-lb. cans creamed corn | ||
| 2 boxes corn muffin mix | ||
| Margarine stick | 1 | |
| 8-oz. box sour cream | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours till the preparation is thick and set.
SERVING
3) Serve hot.
