Corn Mocha Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Green onions | 1 Bunch (100gm), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter- 4 to 6 tablespoons | ||
| Eggs | 3 Small, beaten | |
| Corn | 5 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Mocha mix-3/4 cup | ||
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a 2-quart covered casserole, partially cook onions, green pepper and butter on High for 3 minutes.
2. Mix rest of the ingredients together and add to the onion-green-pepper mixture; stir to mix.
3. Cover the dish.
4. Cook on Low for 20 minutes; half turn dish after 10 minutes.
5. Remove cover.
6. Raise shelf.
7. Brown 5 to 6 minutes.
SERVING
8. Serve hot.
