Ingredients

 2 c. chopped cooked or canned whole-grain corn
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 Granulated Sugar1 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 tablesp. melted butter, margarine, fat, or salad oil
 Milk2 Cup (16 tbs), scalded
 Salt1 3/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased or oiled 1 1/2 qt casserole.
Bake in a pan of warm water in a moderate oven of 325°F for 1 hr., 15 min., or until firm.
