Corn Peanut Chowder Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Regular chicken noodle soup mix - 1 envelope | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream-style corn - 1 number, 16-ounce can | ||
| Creamy peanut butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a saucepan boil water and add soup mix, onion, and salt
2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or till noodles are tender.
3. Stir in milk, corn, and peanut butter; heat through.
SERVING
4. Arrange the soup into four individual soup bowls; make sure the spaghetti is well divided among the bowls.
5. Serve immediately.
