 Bacon slices4 , cut into strips
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Canned potatoes, drained and diced
 1 x 11 oz. can corn, drained
 Few olives, sliced
 Eggs4 standard
 Cheddar Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a pan, melt butter, and stir fry bacon strips until crisp.
2) Stir in olives, potatoes, and sweetcorn.
3) Whisk egg, cheese, and seasoning.
4) Pour the egg mixture in the potato mixture and cook gently until it is set.

SERVING
5) Garnish and serve hot.
