Corn N Black Bean Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole kernel corn | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Black beans | 2 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| 8 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped | ||
| Red onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Cilantro | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped | ||
| Lime juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tortilla chips | ||
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
