Corn Muffins Recipe
Corn Muffins has a fine taste. Corn Muffins gets its taste from cornmeal mixed with flour, milk and eggs. Corn Muffins is inspired by many bakeries around the world.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons oil or melted lard
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
Mix the cornmeal and flour with the milk; add oil, sugar, salt, eggs, and stir well.
Add the baking powder at the last minute.
Grease a baking or muffin pan and half fill the pan with batter.
Bake in 375° oven until brown about 1/2 hour.
