Corn Meal Pie Crust Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cup yellow corn meal | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry yeast | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients. Adjust with chicken stock to make a stiff batter.
2. Pat into a nonstick pie pan. Fill with your favorite stew or thick bean soup.
