Corn Fritters Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen corn | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Honey | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cream of tartar | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 3/4 Tablespoon |
Directions
MAKING
1. Using a medium size grater, grate off the corn cobs completely. If frozen corn is used, follow the instructions given in the package to thaw.
2. Separate egg whites and yolk. Add yolks along with honey and salt to corn and mix well.
3. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar to form stiff peaks, but not dry. Fold corn mixture into egg whites and mix carefully.
4. Using a teaspoon add corn batter into melted batter and fry for few minutes on medium heat to evenly turn either sides golden brown and crispy.
SERVING
5. Serve hot and crispy.
