Solar Cooked Corn on Cob Recipe Video

Directions

Place corn cobs in a black pan and cover it with a glass lid. No water is required for cooking the corn. Put this pan in a solar heater and let it cook. After about 2 ½ hours the corn is done. Now, rub it with lemon, salt, cayenne pepper and brush some mayonnaise. Sprinkle some shredded parmesan cheese and serve.
