Corn Custard Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 tsp all-purpose flour
 
1/2 tsp salt
 
Dash pepper
 
16 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
 
1 egg
 
3/4 cup nonfat milk
 
1 tsp margarine, melted
 
1/3 cup All-Bran cereal

Directions

Stir together the flour, salt and pepper.
Toss with corn.
In another bowl, beat egg slightly.
Combine with milk and margarine and stir into corn mixture.
Pour into round 1 qt. (1 L) casserole.
Sprinkle with cereal.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near middle comes out clean.
