Corn Crispy Crackers Recipe
Ingredients
| Stone ground corn meal - 1 cup | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Kelp | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 7/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
MAKING
Combine corn meal with oil, kelp and boiling weach.
Make small balls using 1 tablespoon mixture for each.
Take a greased baking sheet and Add the balls on it by pressing to make it with 3 inch diameter.
Bake the crackers for 30 minutes.
SERVING
Serve with tea or with your favorite dip.
