Ingredients

 Potato1 Can (10oz)
 Cream2 Can (10oz)
 Evaporated milk1 Can (10oz)
 Milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Instant minced onion1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Fresh frozen or freeze dried chives

Directions

In 3-qt casserole combine soup, corn, milks, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High (10) 17 to 19 Minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until hot.
Add chives and serve.
