Corn Chowder Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 5 | |
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Potatoes | 2 , diced | |
| Tomatoes | 3 | |
| Corn | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Pint | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Dice bacon and put into a pan to brown.
Add onion and celery and fry together until bacon is crisp.
Add corn and saute for three minutes.
Add potatoes, tomatoes and seasonings.
Simmer for thirty minutes.
Add milk and heat to boiling point.
