 3 1/4 cups fresh corn cut from cob
 Whole tomatoes1 Can (10oz), undrained
 Sweet red pepper3/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 1/4 cup canned no-salt-added chicken broth, undiluted
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon seeded, minced jalapeno pepper
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground cumin1/4 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/4 Teaspoon
 Cilantro1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Combine first 11 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring mixture to a boil.
Cook, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in cilantro.
