Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients.
2) Combine thoroughly.
3) Use a pastry blender, two knives, or fingers, to cut in shortening.

SERVING
4) Use to prepare muffins or store in airtight container in cool, humid-free place for 6 months.
