Corn Bread With Egg White Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Cornmeal | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Special oil - 1/4 cup) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
MAKING
2.Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar and baking powder and sieve them together.
3.Whisk egg white, oil and milk.
4.Put the egg white mixture into the flour mix and mix to make the batter moist.
5.Take a heated, 8 inch greased square pan.
6.Put the mixture in it and bake for 20 minutes until brown.
SERVING
7.Slice the corn bread and serve.
