Corn And Sausage Scallop Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
3 cup bite-size shredded corn cereal, crushed (1 1/2 cup crushed)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage links
Directions
In mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs and flour; beat smooth.
Add corn, mushrooms and 1 cup of the crushed cereal.
Turn into an ungreased 8x1 1/2 inch round baking dish.
Arrange sausages spoke-fashion atop.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup crushed cereal.
Bake, uncovered, in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean.
