 1 cup cooked lima beans
 1 1/2 cups cooked corn kernels
 Sour cream1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot, onion and garlic. Cook 4 minutes over low heat.
Add seasonings and mix well. Cook 2 minutes.
Add lima beans and corn; mix well. Cook 4 minutes over low heat. Incorporate sour cream and simmer 2 minutes.
