1 cup soft bread cubes
1 can (1 pound) cream-style corn
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 packages (4 ounces each)shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, well-beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
Directions
Combine bread cubes with corn, onion, cheese and seasonings.
Add eggs, beaten together with the milk; stir to blend.
Gently stir in olives.
Pour mixture into oiled 1 quart cas serole; set in pan of hot water; bake at 350° for 1 hour.
