|Raspberry wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon (Colavita)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Wegmans)|

1. Toss tomato, shallots, and basil together in large bowl. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
2. Add vinegar and olive oil. Toss gently.
3. Cover; let stand 1 hour. Serve at room temp.
To mince basil, roll leaves together into cigar shape. Slice thinly widthwise.
