1 lb heirloom tomatoes, cored, cut into bite-size pieces

About 6 leaves Food You Feel Good About Fresh Living Basil, minced
Wegmans Sea Salt to taste
Freshly cracked pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Colavita Raspberry Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Wegmans Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
Directions:
1. Toss tomato, shallots, and basil together in large bowl. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
2. Add vinegar and olive oil. Toss gently.
3. Cover; let stand 1 hour. Serve at room temp.
Chef Tip(s):
To mince basil, roll leaves together into cigar shape. Slice thinly widthwise.
