| Lemon juice/Null | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar/Null | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
1)In a grinder mix coriander, mint, chillies and garlic.
2) Add the lemon juice. If the paste is too thick mix 2 tbsp water to thin out.
3)Mix in salt and sugar.
