Ingredients

 
2 cups coriander leaves, coarsely chopped
 
½ cup mint leaves, coarsely chopped
 
7-8 green chillies (hot)
 
1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
 
juice of 1 lemon
 
1 tbsp sugar
 
Pinch of salt

Directions

Method:
1)In a grinder mix coriander, mint, chillies and garlic.
2) Add the lemon juice. If the paste is too thick mix 2 tbsp water to thin out.
3)Mix in salt and sugar.
