Ingredients
1/4 cup roasted and unshelled peanuts
2tbsp chopped ginger
2tbsp chopped green chillies or as per taste
1 bunch of fresh and washed coriander leaves washed thoroughly
1/4 cup lemon juice
salt to taste
sugar (optional)
Directions
1. Roast the peanuts on a pan for 5-6 minutes
2. Unshell the roasted peanuts when cool
3. Grind the peanuts in a Blender
4. Add ginger, green chillies and little water
5. Grind the peanuts, ginger and green chillies
6. Add half of the coriander leaves and lemon juice
7. Continue grinding the chutney
8. Add the remaining coriander leaves
9. Grind the ingredients into a paste consistency chutney
10. Season the chutney with salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon sugar if required
2. Unshell the roasted peanuts when cool
3. Grind the peanuts in a Blender
4. Add ginger, green chillies and little water
5. Grind the peanuts, ginger and green chillies
6. Add half of the coriander leaves and lemon juice
7. Continue grinding the chutney
8. Add the remaining coriander leaves
9. Grind the ingredients into a paste consistency chutney
10. Season the chutney with salt as per taste and 1 teaspoon sugar if required
