Coral Island Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Lobster | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1/3 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 sliced green onion | ||
| 2 or 3 sprigs parsley | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Hot red-pepper sauce | ||
Directions
Measure the first eight ingredients into the electric blender and blend for half a minute or until smooth.
Or chop ingredients and beat with electric mixer or cream together with a spoon.
Add the cheese and beat until .smooth.
Taste for seasoning; add a few drops red-pepper sauce.
If dip is too thick, work in a little more sour cream.
