 Granulated Sugar60 Milliliter
 Brandy60 Milliliter
 Vanilla extract3 Milliliter
 1 L French Vanilla Ice Cream
 Chocolate sauce375 Milliliter
 Toasted almonds125 Milliliter

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a skillet, add bananas, sugar, brandy, vanilla extract and poach the bananas for 3-5 minutes.
2) Remove skillet from heat and let it chill.

SERVING
3) Serve on a bed of ice cream, smothered with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with nuts.
