| Brandy | 60 Milliliter | |
| Vanilla extract | 3 Milliliter | |
| 1 L French Vanilla Ice Cream | ||
| Chocolate sauce | 375 Milliliter | |
| Toasted almonds | 125 Milliliter | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a skillet, add bananas, sugar, brandy, vanilla extract and poach the bananas for 3-5 minutes.
2) Remove skillet from heat and let it chill.
SERVING
3) Serve on a bed of ice cream, smothered with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with nuts.
