Avocado Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups plain lowfat yogurt | ||
| Ripe avocado | 1 Small, diced | |
| 2/3 cup cubed, seeded, pared cucumber | ||
| 5 or 6 fresh mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves | ||
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon TABASCO pepper sauce | ||
| 1 cup cracked ice | ||

MAKING
1. To a blender add all ingredients except garnish, cover and process until smooth.
SERVING
