Ingredients

 2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
 Ripe avocado1 Small, diced
 2/3 cup cubed, seeded, pared cucumber
 5 or 6 fresh mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
 Celery salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1/4 teaspoon TABASCO pepper sauce
 1 cup cracked ice

Directions

MAKING
1. To a blender add all ingredients except garnish, cover and process until smooth.
SERVING
2. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
