Cool Yogurt Drink Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups plain lowfat yogurt | ||
| Ripe avocado | 1 Small, diced | |
| 3/4 cup cubed, seeded, pared cucumber | ||
| 5 or 6 fresh mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves | ||
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup cracked ice | ||
Directions
In blender combine all ingredients except garnish.
Cover.
Process until smooth.
Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
