1 1/2 c. ginger ale, water or pineapple juice
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. finely cut celery
1 Ige. pimento, cut into sm. pieces or 2 tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
Directions
Heat 1 cup liquid; add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add remaining liquid, vinegar and salt; chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in cabbage, celery and pimento.
Pour into in dividual molds; chill until firm.
