Cool Yogurt Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain non-fat yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mint | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cilantro | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
1. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, chopped mint, and chopped cilantro. Season to taste with salt. (At this point, you may cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours; stir before serving.) Sprinkle with mint and cilantro leaves just before serving, if desired
