Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2. In a blender, add the butter.
3. Once smooth, add the sugar and blend until smooth.
4. Add in the egg and vanilla and continue to blend.
5. In a bowl, mix together the all purpose flour, baking soda and salt.
6. Add this into the blender and continue to blend.
7. Add in the clementine zest and combine.
8. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
9. Lay out a tablespoon of the batter on a paper lined cookie sheet.
10. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Place on a cooling rack to cool.

SERVING
11. Plate and serve.
