Ingredients

 Extra virgin olive oil1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Balsamic vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Maple syrup2 Tablespoon
 Basil leaves1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Salt and pepper To Taste
 Radicchio1
 Red onion1 , thinly sliced
 Tomato1 , quatered
 Feta cheese4 Ounce, dice
 Rosemary sprigs2

Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, basil leaves, salt and pepper and combine well together.
2. On a plate, lay out the radicchio leaves to form a flower shape.
3. Lay out the onions, tomatoes and Canadian feta.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables.

SERVING
5. Garnish with rosemary and serve as an appetizer.

I've never seen s "chef" sitting while preparing food, or cutting an onion in this fashion, or heard a "chef" pronounce the word basil as bazzel. written/produced/filmed....etc...by "chef" tomatzo....???? WEIRD!!!
