1 big piece of ham
Yellow mustard paste
Brown sugar
Cloves
Oven bag
Pineapple slices
Flour
Directions
Take the piece of ham and make criss-cross slits. Pour some yellow mustard paste on it and rub well. Add brown sugar and rub all over including the slits. Stick in the cloves all over the ham at the cross points.
Take a baking dish. Place the piece of ham in the oven bag. Add in pineapple slices (you can even add some of the pineapple juice). Spread some flour in the bag to keep it from bursting. Make slits on the bag to avoid bursting. Bake .
After taking out from the oven pull out all the cloves. Slice the ham and serve.
