1. In mixing bowls place all ingredients and mix well.
2. Spray microwave safe bowl and place cake mixture in sprayed bowl.
3. Place bowl in microwave for 4 minutes.
4. Serve with beverages or as desired.
If desired add 1tbsp peanut butter on top and place in microwave for another 1 minute.
