Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Half and Half | 2 Quart | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Vanilla | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Oreo cookies | 1 Bag (1kg), crushed |
Directions
Dissolve sugar in cream.
Add salt and vanilla.
Chill 20 minutes.
Churn in electric ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions, stopping after about 15-20 minutes of churning to add the crushed Oreo cookies.
Continue churning until done.
Pack with crushed ice and rock salt to ripen over the next 2-3 hours, and serve.
