Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 3 | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup coarsely-crushed chocolate sandwich cookies | ||
| Whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In large bowl, beat egg yolks.
Stir in milk, water, and vanilla.
Fold in cookies and whipped cream.
Pour into aluminum foil-lined 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container.
Cover.
Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
