Cookie Refrigerator Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
About twenty 2 inch vanilla wafers
1 envelope (about 1 1/2 ounces) whipped topping mix
1/2 cup flaked coconut, if desired
1 can (17.5 ounces) vanilla pudding
1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Directions
Arrange vanilla wafers in bottom of ungreased bak ing pan, 9x9x2 inches.
Prepare whipped topping as directed on package.
Fold topping and coconut into pudding; spread on wafers.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Chill at least 1 hour or until firm.
