Cookie Dough Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped white or dark semisweet chocolate chips
Chopped pecans
Directions
Cream the cream cheese, butter and confectioners' sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla, brown sugar and chocolate chips and mix well.
Chill, covered, for 3 to 10 hours.
Shape into a ball and coat with pecans.
Serve with graham crackers.
