Cookie Cutter Cookies Recipe

1 cup margarine or butter
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
6 pkts. concentrated acesulfame-K
 
2 1/2 cup flour
 
1 tsp baking soda
 
1 tsp cream of tartar
 
1 tsp vanilla extract
 
1 tsp almond extract
 
1 egg or equivalent egg substitute

Directions

Cream the margarine and sugar.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients one at a time in the order listed.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it for at least two hours.
Cut the dough into thirds.
Roll each third 1/8 in. (5 mm) thick on a lightly floured board.
Cut the dough into shapes with the cookie cutters.
Place the cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-8 minutes.
