Cooked Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen shrimp | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Peel shrimp.
Make a shallow cut lengthwise down back of each shrimp; wash out sand vein.
Heat water to boiling.
Add salt and shrimp; cover and heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Drain.
Remove any remaining particles of sand vein.
