Cooked Pork And Sauerkraut Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons butter or margarine or bacon drippings | ||
| Sauerkraut | 3 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 6 slices cooked pork roast, cut 1/4 -inch thick | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Place butter or bacon drippings in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on HIGH until melted.
Stir in sauerkraut and spread evenly.
Arrange pork slices on sauerkraut.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour water over all.
Microwave 8 minutes on HIGH, or until hot.
Let stand 3 minutes covered.
