 2 tablespoons butter or margarine or bacon drippings
 Sauerkraut3 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 6 slices cooked pork roast, cut 1/4 -inch thick
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Place butter or bacon drippings in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on HIGH until melted.
Stir in sauerkraut and spread evenly.
Arrange pork slices on sauerkraut.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour water over all.
Microwave 8 minutes on HIGH, or until hot.
Let stand 3 minutes covered.
