2 sweet peppers, sliced in half lengthwise, and seeded
1 cup (250 ml) carrots, cooked, sliced in rounds

1/2 cup (125 ml) green peas, cooked

2 small green onions, finely chopped
1 cup (250 ml) chicken (veal or ham), cooked, diced

Directions
